Every cannabis product sold legally in Washington or Oregon has to pass state-mandated lab testing at least once before it reaches a shelf. That's the baseline every licensed brand has to clear. Loot Bar goes further — every batch is tested three separate times, at three different stages, before it's packaged and shipped.
Before any flower goes into the extraction process, it's tested for pesticides and heavy metals. If a batch of flower doesn't come back clean, it never makes it into an extraction run in the first place — contamination caught here never has the chance to concentrate through extraction and end up in a finished product.
Once flower has been extracted into raw oil, it's tested again — this time for potency and compliance. That confirms the actual cannabinoid content of the extract before it's ever blended with terpenes or built into a specific product line, so formulation is based on verified numbers, not assumptions.
The finished, formulated product is tested one more time before packaging — final compliance, final potency, and another pesticide screen to confirm nothing was introduced during formulation. This is the last gate before a batch is cleared to ship, and it's the result that determines what's on the label.
